YOUR
privacy.

Information you submit.

Get started and Contact use the same inquiry form. It asks for your name, email and training interests, with optional fields for your phone number, training experience and a message. Please leave sensitive information, including medical details, out of your message.

When you submit, these fields, the inquiry type, your privacy acknowledgement and your email updates preference are sent through GoDaddy, which hosts this website and forwards inquiries through a same-origin server proxy, then through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare to a private Cloudflare D1 database. Your contact details and training interests are also sent to Mailchimp, where the complete inquiry and its submission details are saved as contact notes so Lion’s Den can respond and follow up.

A receipt confirmation is shown only after the inquiry has been saved and Mailchimp has confirmed delivery. A confirmation does not reserve a class, visit or membership. The academy’s opening date, class schedule and membership pricing are still coming soon.

The email updates checkbox is preselected. You can uncheck it to send an inquiry without joining the email updates list. When it stays checked and an eligible signup succeeds, the contact joins the list immediately, without a separate confirmation step. Existing subscriptions are preserved, and previously unsubscribed or cleaned contacts are not automatically resubscribed. Update emails include a way to unsubscribe.

Storage and technical information.

On the public website at lionsdenmmaandfitness.com, we use Google Analytics to understand visitor numbers, pages viewed and how people find the academy. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes information about your browser, device and activity on the site. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our tracking configuration. We do not send inquiry form entries to Google Analytics.

The website does not keep form entries in persistent browser storage. GoDaddy, Google, OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare and Mailchimp process information needed to provide their services; hosting providers may process IP addresses and request logs.

The inquiry application does not store your raw IP address. It uses hashed identifiers for short rate-limit windows to reduce abuse. The private database keeps your complete inquiry for responding and following up until Lion’s Den deletes it or handles a deletion request. No automatic expiry is currently applied to those retained inquiry records. Mailchimp also holds contact records and inquiry notes under its service’s retention rules.

Links to other services.

Directions open Google Maps. Instagram, Facebook and TikTok links open those services. Their own privacy practices apply when you follow a link. Social feeds and maps are not embedded on these pages.

Images and facility plans.

Proposed facility visualizations are identified as concepts. They show an intended finish and layout, rather than documenting completed construction. Illustrative training or recovery photography does not establish who coaches or trains at Lion’s Den. The interactive model is a presentation of the supplied project references; equipment display scales and proposed fixtures are not an installation approval.

Lineage photography.

The photographs accompanying Jason’s teaching lineage show Renzo Gracie, John Danaher and David Branch. They identify the instructors in that lineage and do not represent them as members of the Lion’s Den coaching staff.

Renzo Gracie: Renzo Gracie Academy.
John Danaher: Kingsway Jiu-Jitsu.
David Branch: David Branch Jiu Jitsu.

These photographs have been cropped and resized, with a monochrome display treatment. Rights remain with their respective owners.
